Lessons of the Broadsword Masters

Nifty stuff, I've only learned some George silver for Broadsword. I still don't get the empty hand position stuff though (the one like the modern fencing, and alternating)

The left hand is used a counterbalance - as the position of the right hand changes, so does the left
