Standing Ab ideas?

Hey everyone. I'm looking for some good standing ab exercise ideas. Are there any TK rounds that have the standing abs?

I think it was round 34 or 35. I'm thinking 34 also

Round 34.. i did this in place of the floor abs from round 38. it was a big hit. Honestly, kickboxing IS standing abs. Every knee, every kick, every punch uses the core way more than most other aerobic classes. I try to tell my members that before every class to engage their abs, and that the class works your abs the entire time.

That being said, there are always ideas on you tube. Also, if you have Exercise TV, I think there is a workout on standing abs. Those might be a good place to start.
Here it is:

PUNCHES (Midnight & Damaged):
Jab Low, High, Low, Knee
Uppercuts Center
Uppercut block (same arm)
Advanced Option: Change last 8 counts to 3 step
Advanced Optinon: Change last 4 counts to quick crosses
FINAL COMBO: Lo, Hi, Lo, Knee 2X; UC center 4X; Uppercut/Block; 3step; 4 crosses

B Side:
jab, cross, jab cross; 3 quick; Jack
Capoeira Step 2X; ginga 4X
Advanced option: change 2nd jack to 3 bounces

KICKS (How We Do It & When I Grow Up)
to 3:00 - Jab, Cross, Jab, Cross, Kick, Knee
Repeat to 3:00, then 12:00
4 quick crosses, zigzag, knee
3 roundhouses & knee
Advanced option: jump instead of the knee after roundhouses

B side:
Leap side to side; squat, hook, squat, cut 2X - 2X
4 punches front; pump it back, knee - 4X
Alternate
Option: replace 2nd set of squat, hook with butterfly

PUNCHES & KICKS (Move, Shake, Drop & In The Ayer)
Dble bob & weave
3 repeater knees with uppercut, knee
front push, front push, back push, back push

B side:
4 quick crosses, zigzag (moving up); quick crosses, zigzag (moving back)
Twist 2X; triple jab, cross; ski back

RECOVERY:
slow spdbag R & L, uppercut, knee
quick spdbag 4 x, uppercut, knee
Cross L, R, L, 2 knees, 2 pumps
Clockwork

B side:
Jump rope 4 cts; knee/cross 4 cts; jump rope 4 cts; knee/cross 4 cts
ski 8 cts; uppercuts 8 cts - 2X

FINALE:
4 knees, 4 crosses, 2 crosses down (cts 6 & 8)
3 knees, 1 cross down
Twist at 12:00 and 3:00
4 quick uppercuts; zigzag, knee
back kick, front kick
